Known as one of the most popular musical instrument, piano is a good start to understanding music theory and notation.
The romantic sound of violin is often used in classical music. Although these days, it is also used to create different ambiance to modern music.
We have both acoustic and electronic drums to choose from depending on our student's choice. It's main role is to give music a beat and proper, precise, and consistent tempo. We give drum notations especially for beginners to understand the importance of the tempo and rhythm of music.
Acoustic guitars are used for modern music with chords. Classical guitars are often heard with classical music by plucking and reading of notes. Electric is for modern and rock music, more enjoyed with distortion and scales and different riffs. Bass guitars are four-stringed guitars, sometimes 5 or 6, that anchors the harmonic framework and lays down the beat.
Voice lessons teach us the proper training for singing a song or variety of songs. Modern and classical types of music are taught to the students as well as confidence to avoid stage freights.
Keyboard is different from piano. This instrument has buttons and presets and settings that we need to know. It deals with the accompaniment and melody with the drum tracks, bass and the chords.
It is originally from Portugal. The Hawaiians named the instrument the Ukulele, meaning Jumping Fleas when they saw the rapid movement of the Portuguese musicians. We just can't deny that this instrument is not only cute and beautiful in size... it sounds lively and fancy, too!
It is often concerned with abstract musical aspects such as tuning and tonal systems, scales, consonance and dissonance, and rhythmic relationships, but there is also a body of theory concerning such practical aspects as the creation or the performance of music, orchestration, ornamentation, improvisation, and electronic sound production.
We introduce music, arts, and practical life skills to kids ages 2-4 years old in a fun way!
